- 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons celery salt
- 1 medium head red cabbage, finely shredded
- 2 medium carrots, shredded
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- Combine Hellmann's(R) or Best Foods(R) Real Mayonnaise, buttermilk, blue cheese, mustard, vinegar and celery salt in large bowl with wire whisk (or combine in food processor and process until smooth).
- Season, if desired, with salt and black pepper. Stir in cabbage, carrots and green onions. Cover and refrigerate least 30 minutes.
