Bruschetta TRISCUIT Recipe

  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT! Zesty Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
  • 40 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese, softened
  1. Mix tomatoes, cheese, onions and dressing.
  2. Spread each cracker with about 1 tsp. of the Neufchatel cheese; top with 1 tsp. of the tomato mixture.
