- 4 pita breads
- ¼ cup (½ stick) butter, softened
- ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- Split the pita breads. Spread the butter on the inside and sprinkle with the grated cheese and sesame seeds. Cut into triangles, place on ungreased cookie sheets, and bake until golden brown, 7 to 8 minutes.
- Serve warm in a basket lined with a large, pretty napkin.
