- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon broccoli florets
- 1 Quaker® Salt Free or Lightly Salted Rice Cake
- Heat pizza sauce in pan until desired temperature.
- Cook broccoli florets (or choice of vegetable).
- Spread pizza sauce on Quaker Salt Free or Lightly Salted Rice Cake and top with broccoli florets.
- Add grated/shredded parmesan cheese.
