Broccoli Corn Casserole Recipe

  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, corn and egg. Transfer to a greased 1-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with stuffing mix and drizzle with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
