Broccoli and Carrots with Oranges Recipe

  • 1 sheet (18×24-inches) Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade spreadable fruit
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 1/2 cups peeled baby carrots, halved lengthwise
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F OR grill to medium-high. Combine orange marmalade and salt. Add broccoli and carrots; toss to coat.
  2. Center vegetable mixture on sheet of Reynolds Wrap(R) Aluminum Foil.
  3. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal making one large packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven.
  5. OR grill 8 to 10 minutes in covered grill.
  6. Open packet, add oranges and stir. Sprinkle with cashews before serving.
