- 2 heads Tanimura & Antle Broccoflower®
- 4 carrots, peeled and grated
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chop Broccoflower(R) into small bite size florets. Add grated carrots and diced green onions to Broccoflower(R) florets in a large mixing bowl. Toss the raw vegetables together with orange juice, sesame oil and salt and pepper. Refrigerate salad overnight to blend flavors and toss again before serving.
