- 1 head Tanimura & Antle Broccoflower®, cut into 1-inch florets
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted, divided
- Pepper
- Creamy Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Combine Broccoflower(R), cranberries, onion and half of the almonds in serving dish. Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat. Season with pepper and sprinkle with remaining almonds. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Creamy Dressing: Combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 Tbsp rice vinegar and 1 Tbsp sugar in a small bowl.
