- 85g/3oz podded broad beans, cooked, skins removed
- Âź red onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ lemon, juice only
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- To make the salad, mix the broad beans, red onion and chives in a bowl.
- Drizzle over the olive oil and lemon juice and then add the salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Toss together and then transfer to a serving plate.
