Breakfast Trail Mix Recipe

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 teaspoons stevia powder
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup pine nuts
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup cocoa nibs
  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat; stir in stevia until dissolved.
  2. Combine almonds, walnuts, pecans, pine nuts, and peanut butter in a bowl. Pour butter mixture over nut mixture and stir to coat. Fold coconut and cocoa nibs into mixture.
