Breakfast in Minutes Recipe

  • 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 1 1/2 cups diced ham
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 9 medium eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Crystal Farms® Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  1. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil on high. Add Simply Potatoes(R), ham and onions. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Add mixture to skillet. Lower heat to medium; continue cooking until eggs are fully cooked. Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
