Bratwurst with Fajita Vegetables Recipe

  • 7 ounces refrigerated Fresh Cuts fajita mix
  • 3/4 teaspoon Archer Farms™ Meat and Poultry Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (16 ounce) package Archer Farms™ beer bratwurst
  • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 5 bakery bratwurst buns
  1. Heat grill. Add fajita mix, seasoning and oil to heavy-duty aluminum foil grill bag; seal bag. Shake bag gently to mix.
  2. Place grill bag and bratwurst on grill over medium heat. Cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until bratwurst are no longer pink and vegetables are soft, turning once.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on buns. Fill with vegetables and bratwurst.
