- 1/2 cup cracked ice
- 1 jigger (1 1/2 ounces) bourbon
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 pony (1/2 ounce) sloe gin
- 2 teaspoons superfine granulated sugar
- In a blender, blend cracked ice, bourbon, lemon juice, sloe gin and sugar for 20 seconds. Pour into a chilled 6-ounce stemmed glass.
