- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon Richfood® butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (7.4 ounce) package Richfood® Frozen Blueberry Waffles
- 1 (10 ounce) package Wild Harvest® Organic Frozen Blueberries, thawed and drained
- vanilla ice cream (optional)
- In small bowl, combine sugar, pecans, butter and cinnamon; set aside.
- Place waffles on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with no-stick cooking spray. Top with drained blueberries. Sprinkle with streusel mixture.
- Bake in a preheated 375 degrees F oven 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve with ice cream, if desired.
