- packet of shop bought puff pastry
- 2 tubs of mascarpone
- 1 tub of clear honey
- fresh blueberries
- icing sugar to dust
- Roll out the puff pastry into a large square and cook according to the instructions on the packet (approximately 7 minutes). Once cooked, leave the pastry to cool.
- Mix the mascarpone and honey together and spread over the cooled pastry.
- Decorate with blueberries and a light dusting of icing sugar.
