Blueberry and mascarpone tart Recipe

  • packet of shop bought puff pastry
  • 2 tubs of mascarpone
  • 1 tub of clear honey
  • fresh blueberries
  • icing sugar to dust
  1. Roll out the puff pastry into a large square and cook according to the instructions on the packet (approximately 7 minutes). Once cooked, leave the pastry to cool.
  2. Mix the mascarpone and honey together and spread over the cooled pastry.
  3. Decorate with blueberries and a light dusting of icing sugar.
