Blue Cheese Mayonnaise Recipe

  • ½ cup (125 ml) mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup (50 ml) plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 oz (60 g) blue cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ tsp salt (1 ml) (or to taste)
  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt and lemon juice. Carefully fold in blue cheese. Season to taste with salt. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 20 minutes.
