Blonde Mini Kiss Square Cookie Recipe

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 cups HERSHEY®'S MINI KISSES™ Semisweet Baking Pieces
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
  2. In large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in MINI KISSES Chocolate. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Sprinkle nuts over top; press gently into batter.
  3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
