Black Olive Tapenade Recipe

  • 2 cups pitted kalamata olives, or French green olives
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • 4 cloves Roasted Garlic
  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend on low until the mixture is smooth. If using a blender, stop occasionally and stir the mixture. When the mixture is almost blended, pulse to achieve a smooth consistency.
