Best Key Lime Martini Ever! Recipe

  • 1 graham cracker, crushed
  • 2/3 cup limeade prepared from concentrate
  • 1/3 cup cold half-and-half
  • 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger coconut flavored rum
  • 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vanilla flavored vodka
  • crushed ice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 long strips of lime zest
  1. Place graham cracker crumbs in a shallow dish. Coat rim of martini glasses with lime juice, and dip in graham cracker crumbs to coat.
  2. Combine limeade, half-and-half cream, rum, vodka, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into prepared glasses, and garnish each drink with a lime zest strip.
