- 6 1/2 ounces prepared sugar cookie dough
- 1 (8 ounce) package fat-free cream cheese
- 1/3 cup powdered (icing) sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
- To Make Crust: Between well-floured pieces of waxed paper, roll dough into a circle slightly larger than 9 inches (23 cm). Trim to a perfect 9-inch (23-cm) circle. Transfer to a nonstick cookie sheet. Bake until lightly browned, 10 to 12 minutes. Cool completely on sheet.

- If desired, roll out dough from trimmings and cut into stars. Bake until lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Cool and reserve for decorating pizza.
- To Make Frosting: Combine cream cheese, powdered (icing) sugar, and almond extract; whip until smooth.
- To Assemble Pizza: Just before serving, spread frosting on cookie crust. Arrange strawberries around outer edge and raspberries in center. Arrange blueberries between strawberries and raspberries. Garnish with granulated sugar and star cookies.
