Beef Tenderloin with Black Olive Roasted Red Pepper Butter Recipe

  • 4 tablespoons Market Pantry Butter™, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Tassos™ Black Olive Bruschetta Topping
  • 4 tablespoons diced roasted red peppers
  • 4 (6 ounce) pieces Sutton & Dodge™ Filet Mignon
  • Archer Farms™ Steak Seasoning
  • black pepper
  1. Preheat broiler or grill.
  2. Combine butter, black olive bruschetta topping and peppers in a small bowl and mash together with a fork to combine well. Season to taste with black pepper.
  3. Brush steaks with a little olive oil and season liberally on both sides with Archer Farms steak seasoning.
  4. Grill or broil steaks to desired doneness.
  5. While steaks are still hot, top each steak with a dollop of prepared butter and serve as it melts over the steak.
