- 1 pound ground round steak
- 2 teaspoons Morton® Hot Salt™, divided
- 1 teaspoon taco spice blend
- 1 cup shredded nacho/taco cheese blend
- 1 (13.5 ounce) package tortilla chips
- Sliced black olives
- Chopped tomatoes
- Chopped green onions
- Sour cream
- In large skillet, crumble and cook ground beef until no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Stir in 1 teaspoon Morton(R) Hot Salt(TM) and taco spice blend. Arrange chips on large oven proof shallow baking dish. Sprinkle generously with cooked meat, then cheese. Sprinkle remaining 1 teaspoon Morton(R) Hot Salt(TM) over cheese.
- Bake nachos at 350 degrees F (or microwave) until cheese melts, about 5 to 8 minutes.
- Top with olives, tomatoes and green onions. Dollop with sour cream; serve immediately
