Bearnaise Sauce I Recipe

  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup minced shallots
  • 2 teaspoons dried tarragon
  • 4 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1/2 cup butter
  1. In a microwave safe dish combine vinegar, shallots and tarragon. Microwave on high until boiling. Allow to cool.
  2. Stir in egg yolks and butter. Microwave until thickened, about 1 minute.
