- 1 (17 ounce) package Market Pantry™ Pizza Crust
- 1 tablespoon Market Pantry™ Vegetable Oil
- 6 tablespoons Archer Farms™ Sweet Heat barbecue sauce
- 1/2 package Fresh Cuts™ Fajita Vegetables
- 2 cups shredded chicken, pulled from an Archer Farms™ Rotisserie Chicken
- 1 cup Market Pantry™ shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Heat sautee pan over high heat. Add oil and saute fajita veggies until tender yet crisp, approximately 3-4 minutes. Spread BBQ sauce on crust, leaving a 1/2 inch border.
- Top with chicken and veggies; sprinkle with cheese.
- Place pizza on cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
