BBQ Beef Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon Market Pantry™ vegetable oil
  • 1/2 (3.5 ounce) package Fresh Cuts diced red onion
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Archer Farms™ Las Cruces BBQ Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Market Pantry™ ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  1. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion and saute until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef and brown.
  4. Add BBQ seasoning and salt. Cook until meat is completely brown.
  5. Stir in ketchup, vinegar, sugar, 1/2 cup water and reduce heat to simmer until thickened.
  6. Serve on toasted hamburger buns.
