BBQ Beef Recipe
- 1 tablespoon Market Pantry™ vegetable oil
- 1/2 (3.5 ounce) package Fresh Cuts diced red onion
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons Archer Farms™ Las Cruces BBQ Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups Market Pantry™ ketchup
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Add onion and saute until translucent.
- Add ground beef and brown.
- Add BBQ seasoning and salt. Cook until meat is completely brown.
- Stir in ketchup, vinegar, sugar, 1/2 cup water and reduce heat to simmer until thickened.
- Serve on toasted hamburger buns.
