Bass for Dinner Recipe

  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pound skinless wild striped bass fillets
  1. Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, pepper flakes, and salt in a bowl. Add bass fillets; marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  3. Grill bass on the preheated grill until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 5 minutes each side. Discard any remaining marinade.
