- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 dash salt (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of applesauce
- 2 teaspoons SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend
- 1 dash ground cinnamon
- Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in oats and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat 5 minutes.
- Applesauce: Stir 2 tablespoons applesauce into hot cooked oatmeal. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons SPLENDA(R) Brown Sugar Blend and a dash of ground cinnamon.
