- 2 to 3 ounces brandy or light rum
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- Nutmeg
- Combine all the ingredients except the nutmeg in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a tall glass. Grate a little nutmeg on top.
