- 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce
- 1 8-inch Boboli pizza crust
- 1/4 cup canned diced tomatoes with chile peppers, well drained
- 3/4 cup precooked chicken, mesquite flavor
- 2 tablespoons sliced scallions
- 1/2 teaspoon cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated smoked mozzarella
- Smear the barbecue sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
- Add the remaining ingredients in order.
- Bake in a 450 degrees Fahrenheit oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
