Barbs Curried Mango-Avocado Salad Recipe

  • 4 mangos – peeled, seeded and diced
  • 4 avocados – peeled, pitted and diced
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  1. Toss together the mango, avocado, onion, lime juice, and curry powder in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
