- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup chocolate-flavored soy milk
- 8 chunks frozen pineapple
- 6 frozen whole strawberries
- 1 small banana
- Blend oats and chia seeds in a blender until powdery; add pineapple juice, chocolate soy milk, pineapple chunks, strawberries, and banana and blend until smooth.
