Banana Oatmeal for One Recipe

  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon dried cherries
  • 1 tablespoon roasted unsalted pumpkin seeds
  • 1 dash ground cinnamon
  • 1 dash salt
  1. Mash banana in a 2-cup microwave-safe bowl. Stir in water, oats, cherries, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Microwave oat mixture until chewy and soft, about 1 minute 30 seconds. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
