Banana, Honey, and Soy Milk Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 1/2 bananas, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch rounds, frozen
  • 1 cup light (1%) soy milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
