- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/2 frozen banana, chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, chopped
- 1 date or fig, chopped
- 1 tablespoon rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon instant nonfat dry milk
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Place the milk, banana, strawberries and date or fig in a blender. Blend on medium for 10 seconds. Add the oats and dry milk. Blend until smooth. Pour in a glass and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
