- 1 box Barilla PLUS® Elbows
- 1 (24 ounce) jar Barilla Marinara Sauce
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 16 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 cup pitted kalamata olives, halved
- 1/3 cup grated Romano cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch glass baking dish.
- Combine olive oil, Italian Baking Sauce, ricotta cheese, olives, Romano cheese, basil and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese in a large glass bowl. Mix well.
- Cook PLUS(R) Elbows according to package cooking time.
- Drain and add to glass bowl. Mix well.
- Spoon mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
