Baked pear with mint, feta and honey Recipe

  • 1 pear, cored, topped and tailed, thickly sliced
  • 55g/2oz feta, crumbled
  • olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • fresh mint sprig, to garnish
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4.
  2. Place the pear slices onto a baking sheet, top with the feta and drizzle with olive oil. Place into the oven to bake for 6-8 minutes, or until tender and golden-brown.
  3. Remove the pears from the oven, transfer onto a serving plate and drizzle over the honey. Garnish with the mint sprig, and serve.
