Baked Hummus Recipe

  • 2 (8 ounce) containers prepared hummus
  • 1 1/4 cups crumbled feta cheese
  • 2/3 cup chopped Kalamata olives
  • 2/3 cup chopped fresh tomato
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Spread hummus evenly in 8×8-inch baking dish; sprinkle with feta cheese. Toss olives and tomatoes together in a bowl; layer on top of feta. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, 15 to 20 minutes.
