- 2 figs, cut open
- 55g/2oz Stilton cheese
- balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
- mixed salad leaves, to serve
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
- Stuff each fig with a wedge of Stilton and press halves back together.
- Place on a baking tray and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Place into the oven for eight to ten minutes, until hot and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and serve with a mixed salad.
