- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
- 4 tablespoons Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Calcium plus Vitamin D or Omega Plus, melted
- 2/3 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease baking sheet; set aside.
- Dip chicken in melted Shedd's Spread Country Crock(R) Calcium plus Vitamin D, then bread crumbs. Arrange chicken on prepared sheet. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
