Baked Apple with Haagen Dazs® Ice Cream Recipe

  • 1 apple
  • 1 large scoop Haagen-dazs® vanilla ice cream
  • Maple Syrup (optional)
  • Chopped nuts (optional)
  1. Slice off the top quarter of an apple and core it with a spoon.
  2. Brush with melted butter and bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
  3. Top with a scoop of Haagen-Dazs(R) Vanilla Ice Cream and maple syrup. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired.
