- 2 slices bacon
- 1 egg
- 1 ounce Sara Lee® Original with Wholegrain English Muffins
- butter
- 1 slice SARA LEE® Longhorn Colby Pre-Sliced Cheese
- In a large skillet over medium, cook bacon until crisp. Remove to paper towels to drain. Crack egg into skillet; cook, turning once, until done.
- Toast English muffins. Spread butter on each muffin. Place bacon and egg on one slice of English muffin. Top with cheese. Enjoy as a sandwich.
