- 1/4 cup BACARDI® Gold Rum
- 2 cups ground walnuts
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup honey
- Confectioners' sugar
- In a medium bowl, combine walnuts and wafer crumbs.
- Stir in BACARDI(R) Gold and honey. Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Roll in confectioners sugar.
- Store in tightly covered container.
