BACARDI® Rum Balls Recipe

  • 1/4 cup BACARDI® Gold Rum
  • 2 cups ground walnuts
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • Confectioners' sugar
  1. In a medium bowl, combine walnuts and wafer crumbs.
  2. Stir in BACARDI(R) Gold and honey. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  3. Roll in confectioners sugar.
  4. Store in tightly covered container.
