- 310g/11oz baby salad potatoes
- 3 tbsp oil
- ¼ tsp fennel seeds (or ½ tsp sugar (if preferred)
- ¼ tsp salt
- pinch of garam masala
- ¼ tsp chilli powder
- Par-boil the potatoes for 7-8 minutes, then drain them.
- Leave them to cool.
- In a frying pan heat the oil, add the spices and mix for 1 minute.
- Tip in the potatoes and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
