Baby potatoes with fennel Recipe

  • 310g/11oz baby salad potatoes
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • ¼ tsp fennel seeds (or ½ tsp sugar (if preferred)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • pinch of garam masala
  • ¼ tsp chilli powder
  1. Par-boil the potatoes for 7-8 minutes, then drain them.
  2. Leave them to cool.
  3. In a frying pan heat the oil, add the spices and mix for 1 minute.
  4. Tip in the potatoes and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
