- 1 (18 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 8 ounces grated mozzarella
- 1 pinch garlic salt
- Chop artichokes and mix together with all other ingredients.
- Put in shallow pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips, bread or crackers.
