- 1/2 cup ice
- 2 avocados – peeled, pitted, and cubed
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (optional)
- 2 cups vanilla flavored whey protein powder
- Place ice, avocado, maple syrup, milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla powder into a blender. Puree until smooth.
