  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 avocados – peeled, pitted, and cubed
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (optional)
  • 2 cups vanilla flavored whey protein powder
  1. Place ice, avocado, maple syrup, milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla powder into a blender. Puree until smooth.
