- 1 (16 ounce) package Archer Farms™ frozen Ahi tuna steaks, thawed
- 1/4 cup Market Pantry™ soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Archer Farms™ natural creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon Archer Farms™ ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons Market Pantry™ butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon Archer Farms™ wasabi
- 1 teaspoon Archer Farms™ organic chives
- Heat grill.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine soy sauce, peanut butter and ginger; stir well. Spread mixture over top and sides of tuna.
- When ready to grill, place tuna, sauce side down, over medium heat. Spread remaining sauce over tuna. Grill 10 to 12 minutes, turning once.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine butter, wasabi and chives; mix well. Serve flavored butter over cooked tuna steaks.
