- 1 tablespoon Archer Farms™ Asian Ginger Dressing
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can sliced potatoes, drained
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion, green parts only
- Heat dressing in medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook 4 minutes or until onion is tender.
- Stir in potatoes and green onion. Cook an additional 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until potatoes are hot.
