- 5 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen Asian veggies
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 pound chicken breast strips
- 2 cups orange juice
- Add all of your ingredients into a mixing bowl.
- Give them a good stir.
- Place in your crock-pot on medium heat.
- Allow to cook for at least 4 hours and up to 8.
- Serve alone or over rice.
