Artichoke Crab Slices Recipe

  • 1 (1 pound) Archer Farms™ French baguette, cut into thin slices
  • 2 tablespoons Archer Farms™ olive oil
  • 3/4 cup Archer Farms™ spinach artichoke dip
  • 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat
  • 3 tablespoons wasabi-horseradish flavored light mayonnaise
  • 5 slices deli sliced Swiss cheese, each cut into fourths
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Brush baguette slices with olive oil, using an additional 1 tablespoon if needed. Place bread slices on a baking sheet; bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together remaining ingredients except cheese.
  3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the spinach crab mixture onto each bread slice. Top with cheese; bake an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve warm.
