- 3/4 cup shredded tri-color cole slaw blend
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet-tart, red skinned apple
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion, green top only
- 2 tablespoons bottled, lite slaw dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 wedges Weight Watchers Spreadable Wedges, softened (choose your favorite flavor: Original Swiss, Jalapeno Pepper, Garlic & Herb, or Parmesan Peppercorn)
- 8 slices 45 calorie whole wheat bread
- 12 slices ultra thin, lower sodium, honey ham slices
- In a medium bowl, combine cole slaw blend, apple, onion, slaw dressing, ginger and pepper to taste; mix to combine.
- Spread 1 cheese wedge on each of 4 slices of bread, top with 1/4 cup cole slaw mixture, 3 slices of ham and a slice of bread. Serve immediately.
